ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a Skilled Worker Visa, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Job Offer: You must have a confirmed job offer from an approved UK employer holding a Sponsor Licence.
2. Eligible Role: Your job must be on the Home Office’s list of eligible occupations.
3. Salary: You must have a minimum salary of £41,700.00 per year or £17.13 per hour, depending on the role, or the going rate for the role, whichever is higher. The minimum salary threshold may be less if you qualify for a specific exemption i.e. you are considered to be a ’new entrant’, your role is in the immigration salary list, or you have a PhD qualification that is relevant to your role.
4. English Proficiency: You must prove your ability to speak, read and write English.
5. Financial Stability: You must demonstrate sufficient financial resources or have your sponsor certify maintenance.
